Leticia has spent 7 years as an Export Director for wineries in France and Italy. Having lived and been immersed in these countries she is not only completely fluent in English, French and Spanish but she has a fundamental understanding of the differences in cultures. Leticia also got a chance to experienced first hand the challenges of being a foreigner looking to understand the way things work in a new country so she is especially keen when it comes to helping her clients with their crucial financial decisions. 

She is a firm believer that knowledge is the key to success. Through her seminars and continuous industry updates, she strives to combine her wealth of knowledge of the Canadian mortgage market with her strong love of teaching and a deep belief that her clients should be kept informed so that they can feel confident of their choices every step of the way.
